[Sftp-users] Update on external access issue

Hello everyone,

We continue to have an issue affecting external users of our SFTP service.  A related issue was solved earlier today, but unfortunately it did not solve this particular issue.

We have scheduled troubleshooting sessions with the Firewall team, and will hopefully either resolve it, or be closer to resolving it, after that.

Again, apologies for any inconvenience this may be causing.
