[Sftp-users] Ongoing issue - remote access to SFTP server transfer.camhx.ca not working.

Hello everyone,

Welcome to the SFTP users mailing list for CAMH.

I'm not thrilled that the first message to this list is about an access issue that has not yet been resolved. But here we are.

The issue we are seeing is that users outside of CAMH are unable to connect to our SFTP server.

Specifically:


  *
If you are within the CAMH network, there is no issue.


  *
If you are on CAMH VPN, you can work around the issue by using a different, private IP address. Contact me directly if you are a CAMH user with a VPN and would like to try the workaround.


  *
If you are external to CAMH, we have no resolution at this time.

We are troubleshooting this, and another related issue, with the Firewall team.

I'll send out updates as we have them via this list.
